Epson XP-214 Specifications
This is a compact all-in-one color inkjet printer from the Epson family for use in family homes, project printing by students in schools, etc. The printer employs Epson MicroPiezo technology for printing with the help of four different colors. This means that the printer has four individual channels that use black, cyan, magenta, and yellow ink cartridges individually. Therefore, the user will have to replace the particular color that runs out. The primary functions of this printer are printing, copying, and scanning through easy-to-understand control buttons. As a result, the driver package must be able to control these aspects without issues during normal computer installation.
The maximum print resolution is 5760 x 1440 dpi with appropriate Epson media using maximum quality settings. In text mode, the printer claims a maximum of 26 ppm for black print and 13 ppm for color print. For ISO print speed, there are 6.2 ppm black and 3.1 ppm color pages printed. The best sheet feeder is able to load 50 sheets of plain paper, while any other media, such as legal paper or custom media, will only feed one sheet at a time. As for connectivity, the printer provides Hi-Speed USB together with wireless capability through 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.
