Epson WorkForce WF-7621 Specifications
The Epson WorkForce WF-7621 is a cartridge-based A3+ colour inkjet all-in-one with print, scan, copy, and fax functions. Four separate cartridges supply the printhead: 400 x 2 nozzles serve black, and 128 x 2 nozzles serve each cyan, magenta, and yellow channel. A 4.3-inch TFT colour LCD sits on the control panel, while the CIS flatbed works with a 35-sheet automatic document feeder.
Print resolution reaches up to 4800 x 2400 dpi through Epson’s variable-sized droplet technology. The smallest droplet measures 2.8 pl. For A4 text, speeds reach about 32 ppm in black and 20 ppm in colour. ISO output is about 18 ipm for black and 10 ipm for colour. Duplex printing can run automatically or manually, and scanning records 1200 dpi optically with 1200 x 2400 dpi hardware resolution.
Copying scales from 25% to 400% and can produce as many as 999 copies. A3 originals can pass through the flatbed or the automatic document feeder. Paper input comes from two bottom cassettes and a rear slot. The cassettes together hold 500 sheets of A4 plain paper. The rear slot takes one sheet, the output tray holds 125 A4 plain sheets, and media support reaches A3+.
Local connection uses Hi-Speed USB 2.0, while network links can run through IEEE 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, or 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX Ethernet. Memory-card and USB storage functions handle direct printing and scan-to-storage work with SD and Memory Stick Duo families. With the ADF closed, the body measures 567 x 486 x 418 mm. Weight is 21.7 kg without ink cartridges or the power cord, and standalone copying uses about 19 W.
