Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4835 Specifications
The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4835 is an A4 colour inkjet all-in-one with print, scan, copy, and fax hardware in one unit. Printing comes from on-demand piezoelectric technology. The printhead carries 800 black nozzles and 256 nozzles for each colour. Separate DURABrite Ultra pigment cartridges feed cyan, magenta, yellow, and black ink. On the control panel, a 4.3-inch touchscreen gives direct access to printer menus.
Print resolution reaches 4800 x 2400 dpi, with variable-sized droplets as small as 3.8 pl. On A4 paper, ISO output runs at 25 ppm in black and 12 ppm in colour. Automatic two-sided printing changes the pace to 16 ppm in black and 9 ppm in colour. Scanning relies on the A4 flatbed at 1200 x 2400 dpi. Copying reaches 22 ipm in black or 10 ipm in colour.
Paper loads through two 250-sheet cassettes, giving the machine a 500-sheet A4 plain-paper capacity. The cassettes take A5, A6, B5, B6, and Legal sheets. Photo sizes cover 10 x 15 cm, 13 x 18 cm, and 20 x 25 cm, while envelopes fit C6, No. 10, or DL format. Borderless output and internal duplex printing are available. The 50-sheet automatic document feeder can process two-sided scanning, copying, and faxing.
A computer can connect through USB 2.0, while printing runs through 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, or 10/100 Mbps Ethernet. Mobile and remote jobs work through Epson iPrint, Email Print, Remote Print Driver, and Apple AirPrint. Fax transmission runs in colour or mono at up to 33.6 kbps. With the trays closed, the printer measures 425 x 388 x 330 mm, weighs 11.9 kg, and uses around 20 W during standalone copying.
