Epson ET-4958 Specifications
The Epson ET-4958 Printer comes as a wireless all-in-one device that provides fast printing, copying, scanning, and faxing in any home office with many workers. The Epson ET-4958 uses 4-color drop-on-demand MicroPiezo inkjet technology with the PrecisionCore 1S printhead to print sharp daily documents and high-quality images. Four refillable ink tanks use 502 Black, Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow bottles instead of cartridges. Thus, the refillable ink tank system will be useful for people who often print a lot of color pages.
This printer has the maximum print resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi for good text and image quality. For example, the printer prints 18 ISO ppm for normal black pages and 9 ISO ppm for color pages. Two-sided printing works automatically at 7 ISO ppm for black pages and 5 ISO ppm for color pages. The 250-sheet input capacity tray for plain paper, 20-sheet input capacity for photos, and 10-envelope capacity will decrease pauses while printing in busy offices. For normal work, this printer accepts letter, legal, A4, Executive, photo, and borderless letter sizes.
In addition to this, the Epson ET-4958 has Hi-Speed USB, 10/100 Ethernet, Wi-Fi 5, and Wi-Fi Direct connections. For mobile printing, there are Epson Smart Panel, Epson Connect, AirPrint, Android Printing, and Mopria Print Services. The stored dimensions of the printer equal 14.8 by 13.7 by 9.4 inches, and the weight of the printer equals 16.1 pounds (without ink bottles). While printing, the depth of the printer is 19.9 inches; therefore, leave more free space in front of the output area. The driver support includes Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, and the current Windows Server environment supported by Epson.
