Epson EcoTank ET-5805 Specifications

Epson EcoTank ET-5805 is an A4 EcoTank multifunction inkjet for printing, scanning, copying, and faxing. Printing comes from a PrecisionCore printhead with 800 black nozzles. Each colour channel has 256 nozzles. Four pigment inks fill the refillable tanks in black, cyan, yellow, and magenta. The control panel uses a 10.9 cm colour touchscreen, while scanning relies on a CIS unit and 50-page A4 automatic document feeder.

Maximum print resolution reaches 4,800 x 2,400 dpi, and the smallest droplet is 3.8 picolitres. ISO print speed runs at 25 pages per minute in monochrome and 12 pages per minute in colour. Draft output rises to 32 pages per minute in black and 22 pages per minute in colour. Automatic duplex printing reaches 16 A4 pages per minute in black or 9 in colour.

Scanning records 1,200 x 2,400 dpi optical resolution from the flatbed or feeder. Single-sided ADF scanning reaches 26 images per minute in black and 9 images per minute in colour. Double-sided ADF scanning runs at 11 images per minute in black and 6 in colour. Fax hardware works in black or colour at up to 33.6 kbps. Fax memory holds up to 550 pages, while 200 speed-dial entries remain available.

Paper handling uses three feeds, with two 250-sheet front trays and a 50-sheet rear path for special media. Printed sheets collect in a 125-sheet output tray, while supported sizes include A4, A5, A6, B5, B6, Letter, Legal, C4, C6, DL, and Number 10 envelopes. Connections cover USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi 5, and Wi-Fi Direct; closed dimensions are 425 x 500 x 350 mm, while physical weight is about 17.5 kg.
