Epson XP-320 Specifications
Epson Expression Home XP-320 Small-in-One printer is ideal for the compact workhorse for your home. Aimed at the home user who is more of an occasional printer, copier, and scanner, the XP-320 is relatively small at 5.7 x 15.4 x 11.8 inches, so with saving space in mind.
It still has features to check email or the Cloud on a 1.44-inch color LCD, a touch panel that allows quick and easy navigation through its menus, and even the ability to connect with a computer. Output quality is also respectable for its class, with sharp text and good graphics that even a student can appreciate.
Despite the XP-320 boasting some of the most impressive all-in-one printer specs we’ve seen for the price and output quality, it’s not without fault. Among them is the relatively high ink consumption that might necessitate more frequent cartridge changes when printing consistently — a complaint common to budget printers. Because of that, it also prints relatively slowly, especially during larger print jobs. But if you’re printing infrequently, these might be mere footnotes rather than significant obstacles.
During our review, we found that while the unit printed and scanned capably for a paper-based printer, photo enthusiasts might cringe at the photographic print quality, which was a tad diminished compared to that of specialized photo printers. The color accuracy and detail were lacking for professional or archival purposes.
The XP-320 comes with impressive connectivity options. Wi-Fi Direct makes printing from smartphones, tablets, and laptops easy, eliminating the need for a network. Meanwhile, support for Epson Connect further enhances its versatility with features that include remote printing and the ability to send documents to the printer via email. More often than not, different devices and cloud services coalesce daily. With its ease of use and convenient wireless features, the Epson XP-320 caters to folks looking for an inexpensive, space-saving printer for basic home printing needs.
