Epson L656 Specifications
Epson L656 is an EcoTank colour all-in-one with four refillable tanks for cyan, magenta, yellow, and black. Printing comes from MicroPiezo inkjet hardware, and the same unit also scans, copies, and faxes. The control panel carries a 2.2-inch monochrome LCD for menu checks. A 30-sheet automatic document feeder sits above the flatbed, so multi-page originals do not need one-by-one placement.
For print detail, the machine reaches 4800 x 1200 dpi. ISO speeds run at 13.7 ppm in black and 7.3 ppm in colour, while draft mode moves faster with lighter output. Scanning relies on the colour flatbed and feeder, with optical resolution reaching 2400 dpi. Copying can work in black or colour, and legal-size originals pass through the document feeder.
A 150-sheet tray supplies plain paper, while finished pages collect in a 30-sheet output tray. That output capacity needs attention during longer runs. Envelopes load in batches of up to ten, and the plain-paper list covers A4, Letter, Legal, A6, half letter, and executive sizes. Ethernet handles wired networking. For wireless jobs, the printer can use Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Direct, and fax memory stores up to 100 pages.
