Epson ET-M3170 Specifications
The printer uses the Epson PrecisionCore Heat-Free inkjet technology and has a black printhead optimized for office text printing. The refillable tank has a built-in Epson 532 black pigment ink from a supplied 120 ml bottle. Daily document operations like printing, scanning, copying, and faxing are performed in one driver package for efficiency. The ADF and automatic duplex printing make multilevel jobs easy to complete and allow the device to remain convenient and compact for office use.
Maximum print resolution is 1200 x 2400 dpi to get quality black text, line drawings, and graphics. Black ISO print speed is 20 pages per minute, with 9 ppm with automatic duplex printing. The front cassette can accommodate 250 sheets, which allows for easy refilling. Rear feed is for printing on single-sided paper, envelopes, and labels. With the capability to print only in black, the printer can be used for printing invoices, forms, letters, and other text documents.
There are Hi-Speed USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and Wi-Fi Direct to install the device in any office space. In addition, the user can print via the Epson mobile applications and cloud solutions after setting up the driver. The device body dimensions are 14.8 by 13.7 by 13.6 inches, and its weight is 16.1 pounds. This footprint fits desks and countertops where one device will provide black documents daily. But this printer does not have color printing, and it is only possible in black.
