Epson EcoTank ET-14100 Specifications
As a printer-only A3 colour inkjet, the Epson EcoTank ET-14100 doesn’t have a scanner, a copier, or a fax. The print mechanism uses a 4-colour dye-ink EcoTank system with refills consisting of black, cyan, yellow, and magenta bottles from the Epson 104 family. The print head includes 400 black nozzles and 128 nozzles per colour. Minimum ink droplet size is 3.3 pl.
Print resolution can reach 4,800 x 1,200 dpi. Under ISO/IEC 24734 standards, the device outputs at speeds of 15 ppm monochrome and 8 ppm in colour. On 75 g/m² plain paper, in draft mode, speeds are 30 ppm monochrome and 20 ppm colour. Time to output the first page is 8 seconds monochrome and 12 seconds colour.
A paper feeder in the rear supplies paper for the printer. Paper capacity is up to 100 sheets. Outgoing papers are stored in the output area with a capacity of 100 sheets. The paper feed supports A3, A4, A5, A6, B4, B5, B6, Letter, and Legal sheets. Envelopes have C4, C6, DL, and No. 10 sizes. The sheets are plain paper with weights ranging between 64 and 90 g/m² and envelope paper with weights between 75 and 100 g/m².
There is a possibility of a wired connection to the nearby computer using a Hi-Speed USB cable. Wireless connectivity includes Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct on 2.4 GHz IEEE 802.11b/g/n hardware. If all the trays are closed, the dimensions of the body are 498 x 358 x 165 mm. During printing, the necessary space rises to 498 x 709 x 378 mm. Weight is approximately 6.4 kg (without ink and power cable). Power consumption during printing via USB is about 16 W.
