The Epson WorkForce WF-7720 is a hefty machine that can manage volume work and bundle convenience with various functions. Tailored to a small office that’s full-to-bursting, it performs every task from printing and scanning to copying and even faxing. Those attributes alone make it well worth the cost. Why, then, does it stand out from the pack? It can print huge formats up to 13×19 inches and handles paper handily with dual trays.
The print quality of the WF-7720 is quite acceptable for businesses that need clean documents and attractive color graphics to make their best impression. (First, because of this high quality.) Second, despite these advantages, The WF-7720 looks like a chunky beast, so you need quite a decent amount of space in your office to afford one.
The WF-7720 shines when it comes to efficiency. Its duplex printing and scanning capabilities are both valuable and easy to operate. It not only saves paper but also boosts efficiency by automating two-sided tasks. Communication options abound with Wi-Fi, NFC, and Ethernet. It provides good flexibility for different office setups. The WF-7720 isn’t the quickest printer available in its category, however. On time-sensitive matters, this is a problem.
Cost is often a critical consideration for small to medium sized businesses, and in this capacity, the WF-7720’s initial price is reasonable.
