Epson WorkForce WF-2960DWF Specifications

The Epson WorkForce WF-2960DWF is an A4 multifunction inkjet for printing, scanning, copying, and faxing. Its print system combines 400 black nozzles with 128 nozzles for each colour. Pigment black ink works alongside dye colour inks for black, cyan, yellow, and magenta output. The cartridge set uses Epson 503 Chillies inks. A 6.1 cm colour touchscreen sits on the front panel assembly.

Print resolution reaches 4,800 x 1,200 dpi, with minimum droplets at 3.3 pl through variable-sized droplet technology. ISO speed runs at 14 ppm monochrome and 7.5 ppm in colour. A4 duplex output is 6.5 ppm black and 4.5 ppm colour. On 75 g/m² plain paper, draft printing reaches 33 ppm monochrome and 20 ppm colour. A CIS sensor scans at 1,200 x 2,400 dpi.

Paper handling centres on one front-loading tray with space for 150 sheets. The same feed also takes up to 20 photo sheets. Standard media covers A4, A5, A6, B5, B6, Letter, 10 x 15 cm, 13 x 18 cm, and 16:9 paper. Envelope sizes cover C4, C6, DL, and Number 10. Automatic duplex printing works with A4 plain paper, while a 30-page automatic document feeder serves scan, copy, and fax work.

Hi-Speed USB handles a computer cable. Network links use Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, or Ethernet at 100 Base-TX or 10 Base-T. Mobile tools include AirPrint, Mopria Print Service, Mopria Scan, Epson Smart Panel, Email Print, Remote Print Driver, and Scan-to-Cloud. Fax sends at up to 33.6 kbps and stores up to 100 pages. Size is 375 x 347 x 231 mm, with 6.4 kg weight and 12 W copying power use.
