The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C8190DW is an A3+ single-function colour business inkjet, so its hardware covers printing only rather than scanning, copying, or faxing. Printing relies on PrecisionCore inkjet technology with four DURABrite Ultra pigment inks for black, cyan, magenta, and yellow output. A 6.1 cm colour LCD handles local settings. The print language set covers Epson ESC/P-R, PCL, PostScript 3, and PDF workflows.
Maximum print resolution reaches 4,800 x 1,200 dpi. First-page output is about 5.5 seconds for both mono and colour printing. ISO print speed runs at 24 ppm in mono and 24 ppm in colour. Maximum plain-paper output reaches 35 ppm for both modes during rated operation. Automatic duplex printing works on suitable sheets, while the monthly duty cycle reaches up to 75,000 pages.
