Epson LabelWorks LW-700 is one of the best label-maker devices for a domestic or professional workspace. One of the defining features of this model is that it can be used both as a standalone printer and connected to a PC or Mac. Its operation as a standalone printer is quite simple, and all regular designs can be done with a simple, straightforward, backlit LCD and a keyboard. Moreover, on the computer, there is an installed Epson Label Editor software, which gives a range of options for making a label, diverse font and formatting options, the ability to cut it, or various symbols. Despite some limitations, this model is the best of existing and meets the needs of potential customers.
The apparent downfall of Epson LabelWorks LW-700 is its portability to some other makers, which is less powerful. The machine is bulky; hence, it is hardly suitable to be called portable. Printing on this printer is good and of high quality, but it could be faster than other makers, namely, for those with no ability for diverse symbols and formats. This feature is essential as using complex formats and symbols with machines with a faster printing process, which would take less time than with this printer, can considerably slow the process and efficiency of work. This device will not be valid for high-volume jobs where the speed of performance is essential. In all other regards, possibly due to such limitations, this device is, in fact, the best alternative to makers and allows doing everything that other analogs cannot.
