Epson EcoTank L5290 Specifications
Epson EcoTank L5290 is a perfect workhorse for a 12th-grade student and beyond. Typically cost-effective, the EcoTank comes with dodges one’s need to regularly purchase cartridges, which is always good for one’s wallet. In other words, one can print thousands of pages before refilling the high-yield ink tanks, which is a valuable perk for a student. The L5290 is also amazingly handy – not often can a person find a printer with printing, scanning, copying, and faxing capabilities.
The equipment is especially good at keeping the text clear, essential for one’s assignments and projects to look professional. Besides, the L5290 is also up to printing an occasional graph or image, although the latter would not look as good as proper color prints a photo-specific printer would produce. Connectivity is an issue that the workhorse is handling exceptionally well; its capabilities include Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, and Ethernet, which should allow one to access one’s print jobs from just about any device.
Even though it might not be so fool-proof when it comes to usability, especially given that the print does not come with a manual feeder, I cannot let go of the LCD screen that makes the printer as easy as possible to navigate and set up. Moreover, the company also offers a handy app that should make printing straight from your smartphone or tablet as easy as pie, as long as the job is within your Wi-Fi range. All in all, the equipment passes with flying colors as far as my daily needs are concerned.
