Epson WorkForce 30 Specifications

The Epson WorkForce 30 is a compact inkjet printer tuned to basic printing needs in the domestic office or small business. It is functional rather than loaded with extra features, allowing you to perform various print tasks reasonably. Another beautiful feature is the small footprint that will only take up a little space. The WorkForce 30 fits into places many larger printers cannot.

In terms of quality printing, the WorkForce 30 is very dependable. The text it produces is clear enough for business purposes, though it could be more excellent. Likewise, color pictures come out well with vivid hues that are good for business graphics and charts. Photograph printing, however, is different from its strong suit. The colors in photos can sometimes appear dull and leave one with a sense of emptiness not to be found in dedicated photo printers. When time is precious, the printer runs at a fair rate that should not keep you waiting long to read from its pages if your printing needs are small-scale.

The WorkForce 30 counts as a significant cost consideration, too. The machine uses individual ink cartridges, so replacing only the one color that runs dry may work out cheaper. However, if you rely on a lot of color printing, then the cost of ink can add up over time. This printer has a different cost-effectiveness than Epson’s EcoTank series with its lower cost per page. In addition, traditional ink cartridges cannot take advantage of the WorkForce 30’s modern convenience for wireless printing, which is less convenient in today’s wireless-mobile society. Yet, if your printing requirements are light enough and you are ready for a compact setup, then the Epson WorkForce 30 is a satisfactory budget-conscious print solution.
